Mantra Properties launches two projects in Pune

Pune-based Mantra Properties is pre-launching two premium lifestyle projects in Pune, one each in Upper Koregaon Park and Keshavnagar.

With 17 ongoing projects and 7.7 million sq ft under development, Mantra Properties has plans to launch total of five projects in 2021-2022 across Pune and PCMC with about two million sq ft development.

Spread over four-acre, Mantra’s Keshavnagar Project Codename: Wonderland comprises seven 22-storey residential towers and a retail boulevard which houses two-BHK, three-BHK, three-BHK Sky Villas, shops and amenities planned in the central podium.

The size of the residential spaces varies from 751 sq ft to 1,161 sq ft. The project at Upper Koregaon Park Codename: Infinity is spread over approximately eight acre, Phase-I of this premium development comprises two 22-storey residential towers and one commercial building in Phase-I which houses two-BHK+ additional room, three-BHK+ additional room, boutique office spaces and high street retail.

The size of the residential spaces varies from 882 sq ft to 1,103 sq ft.
